This is a special deck of burgundy Bicycle cards manufactured by the U.S. Playing Card Company for Tom Mullica's Tom-Foolery: The Magic Bar Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia (1976-1987). The cards are printed on Bicycle stock and are the standard poker size. This is part of a limited edition printing and is a collectible.
